Breathe

Welcome to our breathwork community!

As a Certified Breathwork facilitator, I am thrilled to share with you the transformative power of breathwork practices. Whether you’re a newby or looking to deepen your journey, here I provide both practical tools to integrate into your life and deeper work to re-calebrate your nervous system and shed old wounds.

Group Breathwork Sessions

A shared breathwork journey for retreats,

friends, special occasions or corporate teams a chance to release, reset and expand together.

Each session blends breathwork, somatic movement and integrative practices, opening with grounding, intention-setting and education on the breath before moving into a guided journey.

Together your group will release stored stress and tension, shift stuck emotions, regulate the nervous system and drop into deep presence — strengthening connection and unity along the way. We close with gentle integration: time for reflection, optional sharing, and grounding to bring the experience full circle.

Private Breathwork Sessions

A one-to-one session tailored entirely to you. Together we use guided breathwork, somatic techniques and integrative coaching to release stored tension, regulate your nervous system and shift the patterns keeping you stuck.

Whether you're carrying stress, processing something heavy, or simply want to feel more like yourself again, this is a safe, supported space to come back to your body and breathe.

Acknowledgement

Our team acknowledges the Dharawal, Gundungurra and Gadigal peoples as the traditional custodians of the Aboriginal lands in which sovereignty has never been ceded that we now operate and live on.

Paying deepest gratitude and respect to all First Nations survivors passed, living and emerging who carried our knowledge and stories, with strength in their stride walking this land before us. Who birthed and nurtured our existence proudly, so we can hold our heads high and raise our voices loudly to evoke unity and healing within us all.

Proudly supporting the
Indigenous Literacy Foundation

Their purpose is to invest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander remote Communities to provide the tools and resources they request to shape the direction of their children’s literacy future.

Having books that share local stories in First Languages, preserves and maintains Indigenous languages and culture, as well as builds pride, identity and strengthens a sense of belonging, confidence and wellbeing.

This year, they aim to gift 136,800 books through our Book Supply program, publish 30 books representing 21 languages through Community Publishing and strengthen our relationship with the 107 playgroups we are working on through our Book Buzz program.
