TAM TAOUSS

I am a dedicated Meditation Teacher, Speaker, Breathwork and Corporate Wellness Facilitator specializing in empowering individuals to improve their well-being through meditation and breathwork. I focus on the transformative power of these practices, highlighting how they facilitate healing, foster emotional resilience, and promote a regulated nervous system, essential for living a balanced, fulfilling life.

My Vedic Meditation journey began over 12 years ago and after experiencing such profound positive changes in my life it lead me to become a Vedic Meditation teacher to help others experience the deep healing and stillness that Vedic Mediation can bring.

I am currently continuing my education in Conscious Connected Breathwork, positive psychology and NLP coaching. This extensive training has not only rejuvenated my own life but also inspires my clients to harness meditation, mindfulness and breathwork as tools for self-discovery, personal and professional growth, and emotional regulation.

In addition to my work in meditation and coaching, I am the Co-owner and Managing Director of 1122Corp, a dental and orthodontic supply company. I also serve as the Marketing Director and Educator at the Postgraduate School of Dentistry and EOCA (Esthetic Orthodontic Company of America)..

My entrepreneurial ventures also include founding DulcieDot, an organic kids' clothing brand that partnered with Aboriginal artists to foster cultural connections and support economic inclusion from 2020 - 2025. As a proud descendant of the people of the Bundjalung nation of NSW, my commitment to First Nations communities and social impact remains a guiding principle in all my endeavors.

In my downtime I love to spend time with my big extended family, my husband, our two daughters and our dog. I love connecting with friends and immersing myself in nourishing mediation practices, painting, creating and nature.
When career and calling intertwine, the soul awakens to it's true potential, guiding not just the Self but uplifting all beings in it's path.
