Retreats

Enter a transformative journey to release stress and rejuvenate your spirit through the profound practice of Vedic Meditation. Rounding retreats are designed to offer a nurturing environment where participants can unwind and deepen their meditation practice amidst a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

During these retreats, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the advanced technique of Rounding, which combines meditation with gentle asana movements and breathing exercises. This synergistic approach helps to alleviate deep-seated tensions, expand consciousness and foster a sense of inner calm.

Participants can look forward to a carefully curated schedule that includes meditative practices, nourishing meals and opportunities to connect with nature and fellow meditators. Activities may include relaxation sessions, group meditations and experiences that promote self-discovery and personal growth.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to Vedic Meditation, retreat experiences are aimed at meeting you where you are, allowing you to refresh your mind, body, and spirit. The serene setting and the collective energy of the group will enable you to dive deeper into your practice and cultivate lasting inner peace and well-being.

Join us in discovering the healing benefits of Rounding, where each moment is designed to enrich your meditation journey and reconnect you with your true self in a blissful, transformative way.

Their purpose is to invest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander remote Communities to provide the tools and resources they request to shape the direction of their children’s literacy future.

Having books that share local stories in First Languages, preserves and maintains Indigenous languages and culture, as well as builds pride, identity and strengthens a sense of belonging, confidence and wellbeing.

This year, they aim to gift 136,800 books through our Book Supply program, publish 30 books representing 21 languages through Community Publishing and strengthen our relationship with the 107 playgroups we are working on through our Book Buzz program.

Acknowledgement

Our team acknowledges the Dharawal, Gundungurra and Gadigal peoples as the traditional custodians of the Aboriginal lands in which sovereignty has never been ceded that we now operate and live on.

Paying deepest gratitude and respect to all First Nations survivors passed, living and emerging who carried our knowledge and stories, with strength in their stride walking this land before us. Who birthed and nurtured our existence proudly, so we can hold our heads high and raise our voices loudly to evoke unity and healing within us all.
